Account Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your PranaFit account and all associated data, please follow the simple steps below.

How to Request Deletion

To process your request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email from the email address registered with your PranaFit account.
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
3. In the body, mention your full name and phone number (if you have one linked) so we can locate your account quickly.
4. Optional: If you'd like, you can include a reason for your departure to help us improve.

What Happens to Your Data?

Upon deletion, your personal information, workout history, and any other data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when your account has been permanently deleted.
